We sometimes describe ourselves as the “winemakers of Turnip rapeseed oil.” Our oils are produced from the fields of a single farmer or a small group of farms. Each variety, field and growing season — along with Finland’s unique climate — contributes its own distinctive nuance, just as in wine. We have worked to preserve this individuality in our process and to honour the uniqueness of each batch.

Turnip rapeseed is Finland’s own oil crop, and cold pressing is the gentlest way to extract oil. Cold pressed Turnip rapeseed oil is always made from top-quality seed, and after filtration, it is left completely unrefined. That makes it the most authentic oil — as natural as if it came straight from the seed.
Turnip rapeseed oil is an excellent source of healthy unsaturated fats. The ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 fatty acids is about 2:1, making it a good source of omega-3s. It is also rich in vitamin E, a natural antioxidant that supports wellness and stability.
